Working Flow
PP PE plastic recycling machine(1000kg/h):
Belt conveyor*2→Crusher (with water) *2→ screw conveyor*2→Floating washer→screw conveyor→high speed friction machine→screw conveyor→Horizontal dewatering machine→drying system→transition silo→storage hopper→control cabinet

Product description of film plastic recycling machine:
l Washing Capacity: 150-2000kg/h

l The whole production equipment is researched, design and manufactured by our company, integration of Europe technology, it has features as high efficiency, working stable, low humidity content(less than 5%). We use good quality on our machine (SUS-304, more than 3mm thickness) ensures whole production equipment long service life time.
Usage of Plastic film recycling machine
l Our Film washing and recycling machine could deal with waste plastic such as plastic bags, agriculture film, woven bags, plastic package products etc. The whole production line is surely of standard and high quality with CE certification and ISO 9001.
Advantages of film washing recycling machine
l The parts which are contacted with water or raw material are made of SUS304 stainless steel, thickness more than 3mm, to ensure long service time.
l World famous Electronic & Mechanical components, such as NSK or SKF bearings, SIEMENS contactor, Omron temperature controller, ABB inverter.

Main working flow for Plastic film washing machine
Belt conveyer- crusher (with water) - scrubbing machine (friction washer) -film floating tanks - screw feeder - centrifugal dewatering machine – Air cyclone drying system - storage hopper.
l We can design a complete films washing line according to your request.
1. Belt conveyor: Convey material to next process.
2. Crusher: Crush the materials to flakes of 15mm (two series: one for PET, one for PP/PE)
3. Friction washer: Surface clean the materials (two series: one for PET, one for PP/PE), and transport material to next washing equipment.
4. Float Washing tank: For separation of the flakes with a specific density of 1g/cm^3 or in contrast to separate the flakes with a specific of > 1g/cm^3 form 1g/cm^3 and PP/PE
5. Screw feeder: transport material and as well as for rub them for surface cleaning.
6. Dewatering machine: for mechanical surface drying of the material flakes with rotating roller (two series: one for PET, one for PP/PE)
7. Air cyclone drying system: Using stainless steel “U” type pipeline and cyclone silo to dry the material to the necessary residual level for downstream material processing.
8. Cyclone silo: Storage for final products.
