1.How can I get the samples?
Samples are free, freight can be prepaid or collect if inform us your collection account,you can get the samples around 2-5 days depends on different address.
2.How can I develop new pattern?
Send us the new pattern sample with 2yards,we will send to roller factory to open the new mold,and we can undertake some cost if the order quantity is big, we also can return the mold cost if the order quantity reach 20,000yards within a year.
3.How HANTRON guarantee the quality?
We have around 50 employees for PMC and QC,with experienced material purchasing staff and technical staff,we have our own full set testing device,and also cooperate with SGS, There is inspection for each production process,and we have random product inspection after final packaging.
4.Do HANTRON provide the OEM service?
yes,we can make products with your LOGO or any specified marks.
5.How is HANTRON’s after-service?
We have a clear procedure for handling cvustomet complaints,the finished/packaged product can be traced by lot identification to the appropriate raw materials test reports.
