BZC-1000 is a truck mounted rig, with all its components mounted on the “ HOWO ” brand truck. The drilling rig is mainly mechanical driven. Most of the operating mechanism is hydraulic driven and the other part is mechanical driven.
In addition to the main operating mode of rotary drilling by rotary table and mud. The drilling rig can be adapted other drilling if it is equipped drilling tool that is suitable for drilling through various strata such as clay, sand and matrix etc. At the beginning of boring, pressuring mechanism may be used for drill tool to effect pressuring drilling, thus promoting the efficiency of shallow -hole drilling. With the increased depth, when the weight of the drill tool is greater than the pressure required applying to the drill tool, the main hoisting system should be used to carry out reduced pressure drilling.
The drilling rig is equipped with a main hoist and a tool hoist. The hydraulic main hoist is used for lifting or lowering of the drill tool, lowering of the well pipe. The tool hoist is used for elevating the movable table and other tools to reduce physical labor.
