About our aluminum mold making machine:
1. The machine use of thickening high carbon steel, artificial aging bed body, the fuselage endurance, strong vibration, no distortion, good rigidity, and then after a large CNC machining center finishing, and then put on rails and screw, to ensure accuracy.
2. Our machine uses Taiwan original HIWIN Square rail, three-axis full screw, Taiwan imported TBI screw, wear-resistant, high precision.
3. Three-axle belt dust cover, effective protection of dust, ensure the long-term use of transmission stability.
4. Can be paused at any time, increase or decrease speed, adjust the depth, and can preview the carving path of the plane and three-dimensional diagram, stepless speed regulation convenient for carving different materials, suitable for different industries.
5. Convenient cutting knife processing, any point of repair, no need to reflow or back to the original point of the engraved, easy to operate, easily mastered, support Wentai, TYPE3, carved and other typesetting software, compatible TYPE3/ARTCAM/JDPAINT/PROE/UG and other CAD/CAM software.
6. Adopt precision electric spindle, 4 bearings, wear-resistant, durable. Vigorously spaced, strong cutting, high frequency, long life.
Operation:
1, Typesetting according to design requirements, after the path is correctly computed, save the paths of different cutters. Save to a different file.
2, Open the path file (preview) in the engraving machine control system after the correct path is checked.
3, Fix the material and define the original point of the work. Turn on spindle motor,correct adjust the number of improvements.
4.Connect the power to operate the machine.
Turn on the aluminum mold making machine
1.Turn on the power switch, power indicator light, the machine first reset self-test run, X,Y,Z axis back to 0 points, and then each run to the initial standby position (machine original point).
2.Using a handheld controller, sdjust X,Y,Z axes individually, to align the starting point of the carving work (machining origin). Make a appropriate choice for the speed of the spindle, the speed of the knife input, so that the engraving machine in the working waiting state.
Engraving
1.Edit all the documents you want to engraving.
2.Open the transfer file, transfer files to the CNC machine, you can automatically complete the work of engraving.
Over
When the engraving file is finished, CNC machine will lift the knife automatically and run to the top of the starting point of the work.
