Brief Introduction
According to the horizontal vibration test standard set by the norm ISO16130, DIN65151, DIN25201,GB/T10431,NFE25511,DIN925 and Junker theory, threaded fasteners are determined for the locking behavior( anti-loosening property) under dynamic transverse loading conditions in a certain frequency and constant amplitude condition. Employing the servo automatic tightening device, in accordance with the specific initial clamping force or torque, and then launch the test, the system will record and analyze the variation of the fastening axial force, loosing angle, amplitude and horizontal thrust according to a set of test parameters. Through the correlation test curve, the self-locking performance (anti-loose performance) and technical index results of fastening anti-loose products can be analyzed in the vibration environment.
Test Parameter
Clamp force, Tightening axis force attenuation ratio, vibration frequency, Amplitude(transverse displacement),Vibration period (time),horizontal thrust ,tighten torque, Unloading torque, loosing angle.
Software measurement and control system
The measurement software is based on WIN7 operating system to insure that it can operate steadily and efficiently. The results can be output to Office/PDF documents for easy reporting transmission and management.
When in experiment, the test data and test curve are displayed in real time. Meanwhile, once the test terminates, the software which is equipped with data analysis and statistics function in any period can provide the corresponding data processing and print the complete test report. Test results and test curve are stored in the form of database, making it convenient to query test results.
According to the customer's requirement, it is allowed that the report format can be customized which is flexible and wide-open.
