Production machine for making garri 

Step1:  Cleaning and Washing Sections: dry sieve can effectively remove dirt, sand and small stones. Paddle washing machine will remove silts and impurities from the surface of cassava. At the same time, the outer peel of cassava will be simply handed by these two machines. The section also can be performed manually.

Step2:Peeling and Grinding Sections:

Step3:  Fermentation Section: natural fermentation for two to three days to evaporate the moisture. In particular, cassava slurry should be packed by plastic bag or you can build fermenting sink to ferment the slurry.

 

Step4:  Hydraulic press is going to remove component moisture.

 

Step5:  Drying Section: garri fryer is widely used in the drying processing of garri,  it owns automatic temperature control and fry functions. Garri fryer will greatly improve efficiency and reduce the input of manpower. The feature of the machine is: stainless steel body can guarantee hygiene of garri.
