(4) every time when connecting the three-phase 380V power supply, the control system will identify the position of the spraying switch , if any of the spraying switch is in the position of the connection (wire feed switch is not included ), the system will give alarm prompt . At this time you Just need to dial the switch to "stop".
You can also install the spraying current detection device, when there is the plug wire or broken wire, the system will immediately stop working and give alarm prompts (this device is installed only after the user specified, conventional products is without it ).
The insulation grade of the main transformer and the control transformer is grade B.
(1)The necessary spraying data are indicated on the panel.
(2)Operating procedures and equipment failures are reflected on the panel LEDs.
(3)For the use of electricity leakage or 0-order protection of the power supply system, this equipment is particularly convenient.
(4)The spraying power supply is considered compatible with other spraying unit products.
When used with the special equipment ,it can be controlled by the special equipment, andthe necessary data on the spraying machine can be received on the device, which can make facilitate real-time monitoring
(5)The Power box is the frame structure, the box board is of the inserting type, the opening and closing is simple, the structure is compact, and the maintenance is convenient.
(6) The wire feed voltage meter can preset spraying current.
DC large current part of the output of the half-concealed, fixed stud can use m8~10 mm, cable joints is flat-panel contact, to avoid the output head is of high temperature(which cause the insulation plate burned out), also will not damage the output pile head because of cable joints high temperature. All of the low voltage high current connection of the power supply internal use the copper row and spreads the conductive pasteto replace the tin-lined craft

Spraying operation is just with only one switch, which is very simple, the spray gun and equipment connection is intuitive and clear, in addition , there is a operation switch on the spray gun handle ,which can work at where there must use spray gun . Power Control Panel does not have a special external control (remote) switch, which is more convenient to thepersonnel on-site construction
(6) SX-300 power supply technology is advanced in the spraying machine field ,voltage of the whole system is 24V,which is of various protecting function as above marked
(7) operational program and equipment failure will be reflected on the panel light ,essential spraying data will be instructed on the panel
