Cassava flour machine
(1) Cleaning and Washing Section:
a. Dry sieve has the ability to avoid sewage disposal according to multiple spiral operation,
b. Paddle Washing Machine can remove silts and impurities from the surface of cassava.
(2)Peeling Section:
Cassava peeling machine’s main component is a peeling chamber. In order to remove the peel of cassava and reduce the difficulty of grinding, peeling is the first operation
performed after the cassava tubers have been harvested and cleaned from debris.
(3)Crushing and Milling Section:
Cassava flour hammer crusher is a device which use high speed rotating knife to break raw material into mush. The advantages of cassava flour hammer crusher:

(5)Milling and Sieving Section:
a. Plate and frame filter presses are dewatering machines which utilize pressure to remove the liquid from a liquid-solid slurry. The solids remain in the void between the plates, until the plates discharge the filtered solids. It is fully automatic, the plate and frame filter press can be produced as your demand.
b. Flour vibrating sieve machine is designed as a high-precision screening machinery.
Main Features of the flour vibrating sieve machine are: stainless steel wire woven net is easy to clean and operate, low energy consumption and noise.
(7)Drying Section:
The working system of airflow flash dryer for starch is the negative pressure. The system can effectively control the high standards of final product. The advantages of the airflow flash dryer are: easy operation and maintenance, energy conservation.
