1.    cassava cleaning machine: it is used to clean the cassava roots by removing some impurities on the surface of them. The step is prior to the washing step.

2.    Paddle washing machine: The cassava washing machine will also wash out the impurity adhering to the surface of cassava roots. The machine makes the washing completely and effectively.

3.           Cassava peeling machine: It is used for removing outer peels and subcutaneous cuticle of cassava roots.

4.           Cassava grinder: it is a device which use high speed rotating knife to break the raw material into mush with high efficiency.

5.           Cassava slurry de-sanding machine: Cassava slurry is pumped into the cyclone de-sanding machine. The impurities such as sands and metal in cassava slurry will be separated and collected into a container discharging in time.

6.           Plate &frame filter press:It is an effective type of dewatering equipment. It is used for various solid-liquid separation. And in the process of cassava flour processing, cassava slurry after de-sanding is pumped into plate &frame filter to remove excess water to get the wet cassava mash with moisture around 38%.

7.           Airflow flash dryer :The dewatered cassava flour is dried in a flash drying machine with hot air. When wet cassava mash mix with hot air, after heat exchange, the hot air take away the moisture, the dry cassava flour is collected by cyclone. After drying, the cassava flour moisture is normally around 12-13%.

9.           Packing machine: The cassava flour packing can use automatic packing machine for packing. The machine can promote the efficiency of packing cassava flour.
