Main features
a) Good lint quality. MY128-19.4 cotton gin has unique working box, new design ribs, reasonable saw distance, and by improving the sawteeth pulling force of cotton fiber, retain the fiber internal quality, good lint uniformity, less damage to the fiber length and low short fiber ratio. Cleaning section uses grid bars, improved the cleaning efficiency, and overcame the defects of mesh screen. Picker roller screen also adopt grid bars, improved trash removing ability and less seed broken.
b) Better ribs. Improved rib design makes the fiber pilling smooth and seed discharging fluently, increased ginning capacity and lowered seed broken, so the lint quality is improved.
c) The upper moting system adopts mote wiper guaranteed mote removing and increased lint quality.
d) High automation. This machine has auto-feeding device with advanced AC frequency converter, guaranteed even quantitative feeding. Auto-box opening & closing unit reduces labor intensity.
e) Less fiber loss and good adaptability to the cotton moisture. The lint content on the ginned seeds and in the mote is low; it can remain the lint quality when the seed cotton moisture content is 10%~12%.
f) Good rigidity and high reliability. Optimization design was adopted in the design. High quality materials and structure, makes the equipment and the main components of good rigidity, the machine running smooth and less vibration, both mechanical and electrical parts are of high reliability, safe operation rate is up to 98%.
g) Novel and practical structure, beautiful appearance. This machine uses modular structure design, novel and unique, new safety cover design beautiful and vogue.
