Main features:
Adopting advanced pumping and foaming technology and control technology to make products no more than 3 meters thick and without sediment and separation.

We are “the first”
In 2000, the first cement foaming machine came out and the foam concrete research lab was built to study new processes of foam concrete manufacturing.
In 2001, the first batch of ChiLong cement foaming machine entered the construction site and completed qualified roof construction typical project.
In 2002, it is the first time for the ChiLong cement foaming machine to finish precast bevel roof thermal insulation typical project.
In 2003, the first Pneumatic pumping foaming machine was successfully manufactured, and the fist batch of products was put on the market.
In 2004, the first batch of ChiLong foaming machine with independent patent electric jet technology appeared on the market and applied several national patents.
In 2005, the first batch of new pump foaming machine used several patent technologies appeared on the market, breaking the technical bottleneck that pump machine is only used for floor heating, and extended to more fields.
In 2006, the first batch of new foam mixing all-in-one machine came out, successfully solving the difficult problem of adding lightweight aggregate. The depth of foam concrete on-site construction exceeded one meter for the first time.
In 2007, the first vehicle-mounted cement foaming machine of large flow rate was successfully manufactured, with the output of 60 cubic meters per hour and single pouring depth over 2 meters. Besides, the precast foaming concrete block got a successful trial.
In 2008, the first batch of vehicle-mounted cement foaming machine was put into service, gaining many national and military patents and participating in rescuing and drilling for many times. In the same year, the test of foam concrete wall casting was completed.
In 2009, the first wall casting machine came out, achieving automatic operation and solving the difficult problem of foam concrete on-site construction. In the same year, dry-mixed insulation mortar processing and spraying the inside and outside metope were tested successfully.
In 2010, completing the research subject of the National Key Technology R&D Program of “the 11th Five-Year Plan”, our company has got many national awards and honors. We have successfully co-organized the annual meeting and technology exchange meeting of the National Foam Concrete Association and held the first Technical Training of Foam Concrete Application.
In 2011, ChiLong held the Third Working Conference of Foam Concrete Construction Standards, as the chief editor or participated in many foam concrete local standards. The first home-used foaming cement pumping machine was finalized the design and put into massive production.
