YK series Vibrating Screen
YK series Vibrating Screen is the high efficiency screen that manufacture with German technology. It is suitable for screening stones in quarry, and also applicable for Coal dressing, Ore concentration, Construction, Electricity and Chemical industry etc. YK series vibrating screen have adopt eccentric block as vibrating force and make screen box operating circular motion, which have features of advanced technology, strong vibrating strength, high processing ability, high screening efficiency etc. Screen will adopt different structure type with single layer, double layer and multi-layer according to different screening requirement. Screen with variable material and structure can be selected for different material, also different fixed type of screen can be applicable for different screen and working condition.
Application of Vibrating Screen:
The screen can be applied to material classification for Electricity, Chemical, Metallurgy, Construction, Light industry, Grain and Mine industry etc.
Structure
YK series Vibrating Screen are mainly composed of driving device, screen box, vibration exciter, vibration isolation, screen etc. The main features are as below:
1. Driving Device
Motor have connect with vibration exciter by flexible coupling, which can working steady and reliable, also reduce the compacting to motor.
2. Screen Box
The screen box have composed with feeding cell, discharging cell, side plate, beam, screen surface and tensioning device, and adopt frame structure, side plate have making my whole steel plate without wielding and have high strength and long life time; the beam and side plate have connect by high strength bolt and easy to maintenance. According to different screening requirement, the slope of screen can be adjusted by height of spring support. There have different structure type like single layer, double layer, multi-layer according to different grading requirement.
3. Vibration exciter
coupling which connected by motor. The vibration exciter have composed of main eccentric block and accessory eccentric block, vibration force can be controlled by adjust the relative position of main and accessory eccentric block. The exciter have features like widely application, vibration force adjustment and easy to maintenance.
4. Vibration Isolation
There have adopt the steel spiral spring as the vibration isolation, which have features of safety and reliable operation and long life time.
5. Screen
Variable material and structure screen can be adopted according to different material, also the screen fixed type can be change according to different working condition.
