Function of easy operate prawn cracker making line:
This prawn cracker making line using corn starch, potato flour, and tapioca starch as raw materials. First, stir the starch and shrimp in proportion with a blender and then use an extruder to make the shrimp prawns into shrimp paste. This extruder can extrude two products of different textures. The shrimp cracker are then allowed to dry naturally, and the shrimp can also be dried using a dryer. Then use a slicer to slice the shrimp cracker. The shape and thickness of the prawn cracker cut by the slicer can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements, and the sliced shrimp slices should be air dried for 2-5 minutes. Finally, the cut shrimp slices were fried. The volume of fried shrimp slices was three times that of the original and the temperature after frying was between 80 - 90 degrees Celsius. The water invoice content of prawn cracker is 20%.
