In building, length vary from 3mm to 30cm,diameter usually 9-13micron. AR Chopped Strands is suitable for stable buildings, earthquake proof, anti-crack.
In electronic , It’s performance mix with VE, EP, PA ,PP, PET, PBT to achieve. Such as electrical switch box, the composite cable bracket.
In cars, typical example is cars brake pads.Length usually 3mm-6mm,diameter is about 7-13micron.
In felt, chopped strand mat of the length is about 5cm,diameter is 13-17 micron. Needled felt of the length is about 7cm, diameter is 7-9 micron,starch coating.
AR Glass Fiber Chopped Strands are packaged in kraft bags or woven bags, about 25kg per bag, 4 bags per layer, 8 layers per pallet and 32 bags per pallet, Each 32 bags of products are packed by multilayer shrink film and packing band. Also the product can be packed as the customers’ reasonable requirements.
Delivery Detail: 15 days after receiving the deposit.
This product should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best condition is within temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%. Please keep the product in its original packing before use to avoid moisture.
