Machine Introduction :

2, Belt grinding machine : a plurality of contacts available grinding wheel during the grinding process, the robot can be controlled belt speed and automatically adjusts the belt tension, automatically selects the currently available contact wheel.

3, Duplex automatic feeding station : duplex pendulum material, alternating operation, two stations can simultaneously display the same product, you can put different products, the robot can automatically identify the work according to different procedures.
4, Tooling positioner : The pneumatic drive, with pneumatic, cable swivel function, is the first displacement detection function, to avoid displacement position equipment malfunction at the time is incorrect, damage to the machine or PU wheels.
5, The whole control system : automatic line speed compensation, belt correction, automatic compensation grinding pressure and remote fault diagnosis and repair functions.
