Application:
Large volume temperature humidity stability test room is used to test various types of materials for their tolerances of heat, cold, dry, humidity. It is applied for quality inspection for all types of big test samples, such as electronic products, electric appliance, and products from communication, instrument, automobile, plastic, metal, food, chemical, building materials, medical and aerospace industries.
Temperature Humidity Stability Test Room Features:
1. Graceful appearance, circularly shaped body, surface treated with mist strips and plane handle with no reaction. Easy to operate, safe and reliable.
2. Rectangular double-paned viewing window for the observation of sample under test ,with interior lights
3. Double-layer-insulated airtight doors, able to insulate the internal temperature effectively.
4. Water supply system that is externally connectable, convenient for refilling water into the humidifying pot and automatically recyclable.
5. French Tecumseh brand is used as compressor, with environment friendly refrigeration R23,R404A
6.LCD display screen, capable of displaying the set point and actual value at the same time
7. The control unit has the functions of multiples segment program editing, with ramp rates control of temperature and humidity.
8. Casters are provided for ease of mobility, with strong positioning screws.
Measuring and Control System :
1 High-accuracy platinum resistance is used for temperature and humidity measurement.
2 Central Control Unit:
2-1 LCD touch screen controller;
2-2 Machine conversational mode is used for control system;
2-3 Two lines of input & two lines of output control mode for controlling temperature and humidity separately; Can display set point, program curve, working time, and working condition of heaters, refrigeration units & fan.
2-4 Test procedure automatic operation and PID parameter self-tuning function;
2-5 Can automatically combine the subsystem like heating system, humidification/dehumidification system, refrigeration system, circulation fan, super temperature alarming to operate, to ensure high quality of the whole temperature/humidity control system;
2-6 Control system has automatic self-checking, self-diagnosis, fault display and alarming function.
