Banana Cutting Machine Working Principle:
The operating principle of the banana slicer is relatively simple. The banana cutting machine uses the material to contact with the sharp blade of the slicer. Ready to work:
1.Before starting the machine, check if there is a parallel between the cutterhead and the blade. Do not turn on the machine. You must adjust the copper column screw (for turning one circle in the thick direction) to see that the blade is higher than the cutterhead before you can connect the power source. Need material thickness, thin set on the copper screw adjustment.
2 .Press the motor start button. After the cutter plate rotates normally, insert the sweet potato into the corresponding feeding hole and slice it. After the cutter disk completely stops rotating, open the outlet door and clean it.
3 .Slice thickness adjustment: There is an adjustment handle above the cutter head shaft. When using, turn the handle to adjust the thickness of the slice. The handle will rotate in the direction of time, increase the thickness of the slice, and rotate in the opposite direction to reduce the thickness.
Banana Chips Cutting Machine Maintenance:
1 All the vegetable cutter maintenance work must be carried out with the power off; in addition, the clean and tidy and well-lit lighting of the vegetable cutting room has become an important prerequisite for the safe operation of the vegetable cutting machine.
2 It needs to be cleaned after each use. Ensure cleanliness and ensure that there are no residues of foodstuffs and materials;
3Before starting the work, use the handy wave wheel to observe if there is a knocking prop phenomenon. After starting the switch, observe at the entrance and turn the cutter counterclockwise to be correct; otherwise, adjust the power cord;
4 Cut vegetables while cutting, do not put stones or metal substances, to prevent the knife edge chapped.
5 Before the normal work, try cutting and observe whether the specifications and requirements of the cut vegetables are the same. Otherwise, adjust or change the height of the blade and the turntable until the adjustment is correct and then start the batch normal work;
6 After the equipment has been used for a period of time, check whether the screws in each area are loose. If it is found to be loose, tighten the screws; if the screws appear to slide, replace them with new ones.
7 When there is abnormal operation and noise, stop and inspect immediately. After troubleshooting, turn it on again.
When not using the cutting machine for a long time, place it in a dry and ventilated place.
