1. This product is composed by three components of A.B.C,
2. Working fluid is composed of A and B, A:B: water =1:2:7
3. Supplement liquid is composed of A and C, A:C=1:1 . Add slowly A and then C into the working liquid，at the same time stir evenly.
4. The working fluid PH is controlled between 5.5 and 4.8
5. The nickel plating temperature is 85 -93 degrees centigrade.
6. Plating time is more than 5 minutes

1. coarsening processing of electronic ceramics
2. Activation treatment of electronic ceramics
3. chemical nickel treatment of electronic ceramic: A:B: water =1:2:7 cylinder.
