2.Product introduction:
The product is scientifically composed of the organic acid, inorganic acid, oxidant, corrosion agent and a variety of other removal of oil additives and surface active agent, this product does not contain hazardous substances and heavy metals, nitrite and other controlled ingredients. The product is environment friendly and efficient water-based products.
3.Range of application:
This product is exceedingly suited for removing oxide film and various types of oil on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy (such as mechanical oil, emulsified oil, lubricants, oil, etc.). It is more suitable for anodic aluminum oxide and spraying, degreasing prior to plating, removing the oxide film.

5.Product features：
⑴Non-toxic and harmless, water-based environment friendly cleaning agent.
⑵Completely remove of oxide film and oils, degreasing quickly.

⑷ The time of cleaning is short，you can remove the oil for 3-5 minutes , you also operate at room temperature , this product is environment friendly and safe to save much time
⑸The cost of cleaning is cheap and saving-manpower.
6.Usage method:
⑴ You can prepare the solution according to the amount of oil of the work piece ，original solution：pure water=1:(15-20).
⑵The work piece to be clean is immersed in prepared solution for 3-5 minutes.
⑶Take out the work piece from the solution and washing.
⑷The cleaning solution can be employed, you should supply a certain degreasing agent for aluminum because of the consuming of ingredient. The mount of supplement account for 0.1%-0.3% of total solution.
⑸There is a layer of ash after degreased, you should rinse it in deactivation.
