Process: 

Step1. Making the mold 

A computerized system is used to engrave your design on the mold surface by using the CNC engraving machine 

Step2. Injection 

Molten material is injected to the die casting nachine when two dies are fixed well 

Step3. Attachment 

Attachement is spot welded on to the back of each piece 

Step 4. Polishing 

Hand polished or macbine polished are available, which can make the surface smoothy and shiny 

Step5. Plating 

Step6 Filling the color and epoxy(optional) 

Step6. Final inspection 

Then each product is inspected to ensure only the highest quality is individually packaged and send for final inspection.

production 30% deposit  in advance, 70%  balance before shipment
