Application & Features
Encoder disks and linear code strips are essential components in many motion control and positioning applications. Xinhaisen photo etching manufactures high slot count and great precision encoder pulse plate with stress and burr free.
With advanced photo etching technique, we can make sure:

♦No burr and stress free and no sharp edge meshes
1.SUS304 planarity sheet for photo etching is used.
2.Minimum bar code width is around 0.1mm(t=0.05 mm)
3.Bar pitch tolerance within ±0.02 mm, max and min difference of bar code tolerance in the same lot within 0.02.
4.Center run-out within 0.01, circularity within 0.01 is possible.
5.Internal dia. accuracy range is within 0.03 (0.01 is possible when finished with a reamer.)
