A: Generally, thickness can be 0.05 mm, 0.1 mm, 0.15 mm and 0.3 mm.
This depand on the slots width of your encoder disk, The smaller of the slots,
the thinner of the material thickness we suggest.
4. If we want to custom the encoder disk , What should we do?
A: Firstly, please send us the CAD drawing in DXF or DWG format.
We need to know all the details of the disk, especially the accurancy, slots tolerance.
5. What's the MOQ of the encoder disk?
A: No MOQ here, but if the quantity is too small, we charge them as tooling cost.
