1.Banana Chips Cutting Machine
This banana chips cutting machine is mainly used to cut banana to be slice. It is made of Stainless Steel. The cutting slice are uniform.
Application of this banana slicer
1. The fruits to be sliced can be apple, banana, pear, kiwi fruit, lemon fruit, etc.
2. The vegetables to be sliced can be sweet potato, potato, carrot, lotus root, cucumber, Chinese yam, egg plant, tomato, bitter ground, etc.
3. The cutting angle and the thickness(2-20mm) can be adjustable according to customers' need.The minimum thickness can be 2mm.
2.Lifting Machine
This lifting machine is used to send the finished slice into blanching machine.It is made of Stainless steel, working speed is adjustable. Conveyor are with mesh.
3.Blanching Machine
For this banana chips blanching machine,it is used to blanch banana chips, thus it can protect the banana chips with color , thus,after frying, the color of banana chips are still very nice.
4.De-Watering Machine
After banana chips had been blanched,there will be some water on the surface of banana chips, this machine is mainly used to remove the water . Thus it will be good for ne*t procedure of frying. It is made of Stainless Steel 304. It can discharge material automatically with high efficiency.
5.Electric Frying Machine
For this kind of Banana Chips Frying Machine, it is with electric heating type. It also can be made to be gas heating according to clients’ requirement. . It will need to add the burner and the gas pipe in side of machine. It is with automatic feeding and automatic discharge system.
Also with stirring function, thus it can make the banana chips can be fried uniform.
All made of Stainless steel 304.

6.Seasoning Machine This kind of banana chips seasoning machine, it is mainly used to season banana chips with different flavor. When working, the drum will rotate,it is with slant structure, thus the banana chips will coming out from the other side.This machine also with one motor to control the amount of the seasoning. Made of stainless steel 304.
