Kintes patent stepped hardness shredder hammer wear longer than manganese steel hammers in the shredders which crushing light and thin metal materials. And this type of steped hardness shredder hammers can compete with German SWB Differentially heat-treated hammer. Not all shredders suit for differentially heat-treated hammers, especially, shredder yards located in extremely low temperatures cold area, so Kintes has developped a type of special hammer to solve this problem.
Kintes provides alloy steel and manganese steel spare parts from 10kg to 5000 kg for metal scrap shredder machine. We produce DHT( Differentially Heat-treated) hammers, full harden alloy hammers,manganese steel hammers as little as 30kg, up to 550kg.
Whether we provide tranditional high-manganese steel or high strength alloy steel spare parts, Kintes is committed to reducing wear parts costs per ton of crushed material for our customers. Importantly, through reasonable designing, we can avoid stretch problem of hammer pin hole, but also reduce the proportion of hammer discarding.
Regarding other wear parts for scrap shredder machine, such as grates, liners, we have our own special design that drastically reduces the consumption of wear parts per ton of crushed materials and increase shredder throughput.
