1. Information collection & brainstorm
Learning customer's requirement & brainstorm to generate some preliminary concepts; |
2. Concept Design
2 to 3 options of concept design for client's review ( Software : Sketchup, Keyshot) |

3. Cost Estimation
On our quote sheet you'll find detailed information about material , packaging method ,container loadings , prototype & production lead time . |
4. Structural Design
A good structural design is a perfect balance about how to make it not only nicely but also cost-effectively. We use Solid works to make structural design. |

5. Prototyping
Usually acrylic proto takes 3 to 5 working days , wooden or metal proto takes 7 to 14 working days . |
6. Mass Production
Production usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Our internal quality control protocol including inline inspection twice & final inspection once applied to each order, no matter the order is big or small. |

7. Logistic Operation
Your shipment can be delivered by sea, air or courier , as per your request. Trade terms from FOB to DDP service are all available . |
8. Maximize client's value

Our factory locates at Dongguan city, size of 26000 square feet, only one hour far from Shenzhen & Hongkong by drive. We're good at designing and manufacturing acrylic display, as well as multi-material combined display, with lighting & video player.

Quality Control
Prior to mass production, a pre-production sample is made as the benchmark of the quality of mass production goods. During production, our QC team will conduct inline inspection twice and final inspection once for every order, no matter it's big or small. |

Two years limited warranty covers all our products.We take responsibility for defects caused by manufacturing error. |

FAQ
Q: What material can we handle?
A: Steel / Acrylic / Wood / VAC FORMING / Screen printing & Digital printing / Lighting & Video Player
A: Concept & structural design / Cost estimation / Prototyping / Production / Logistic operation
A: Currently there are 20 to 30 new prototypes are developed every month.
In order that you can get your prototype earlier, please arrange sample payment once sample order is confirmed.
All prototypes are planned according to the time of payment.
Sample charge can be refunded once your order amount up to a certain level.
Usually sample takes 3 to 12 working days. For more details, please check with our Accout Executive.
A: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, balance paid before shipment; or L/C at sight.
