This equipment is mainly composed of the drum and the frame body composition,the inner cylinder with a screw feeding device,speed grade(Drum rotational speed) by the inverter control,adjustable speed.

After-sale Service:
1.Delivery time: 15 days after receiving 40% of the whole payment.
2.Payment term: 40% as prepayment by T/T, after seen the copy of the confirmed B/L sent by email,the balance of 60% should be effected .
3.Valid time: This quotation is valid for seven days.
4.Quality Guarantee Terms: Quality guarantee term is for one year. Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.

About Shipping:

Question:
1. What is the voltage/phase for the machines?
We normally make it 220V/50Hz/Single Phase or 380V/50Hz/Three Phases. But it can be made accourding to clients' demand, like 110V/60Hz/Single Phase, 400V/50Hz/Three Phases etc.
2. Will you make packaging before delivery, and what kind of packing box you will use?
For LCL cargo, we pack machines in export standard plywood boxes, no vermin, germs etc. help get better protection while transporting machines. For whole container cargo, sometimes no pack.
3. How long is the guarantee for your machines?
We promise guarantee as one year for non-human damage factor.
4. Do you supply spare part for machines?
If you want to change some parts after long time using, can contact us, we keep whole life spare parts supply.
5. What's the payment terms?
Our payment terms include T/T, L/C, Western Union, MoneyGram and trade assurance.
6. For machines delivery by sea, what document will you supply for customs clearance?
Usually we supply Bill of Lading(Telex Released), Packing List and Invoice freely. If you need original document, we can send by express. And can supply other documents as customers demand, like CE, CO etc.
If necessary,our technicians can go to debug the machine.
