Description of the chocolate popcorn production line:
This line adopts the latest puffing technology to puff the U.S. corn directly. The technology is an effective combination of temperature and hot air circulation. High thermal efficiency,low production cost and easy operation is your best choice to achieve “perfect corn puffing”.

This is a continuous flow, air suspension, fluidized bed dryer or oven. The raw product is first fed into a horizontal rotating perforated metal cylinder. A blower forces heated air up through the perforations in the cylinder with sufficient pressure to fluidize the product flow. The high velocity of the air agitates the product and provides for very rapid and uniform heat transfer to the product. Our dry puffers offer an adjustable feed rate, residence time, air suspension pressure and temperature. This allows an operator to optimize product characteristics. Applications include: processing corn flakes, popcorn, starch pellets, extruded snacks, vegetables and grains; in addition to, roasting nuts and coffee beans or pasteurizing ingredients. The temperature of running can get 350℃.When running, screw drive material overturn and transmit through screw drive, to dry material average and efficient.

Ⅰ.Delivery time: 5 days after received 40% of the whole payment.
Ⅱ.Payment term: 40% as prepayment by T/T, after seen the copy of the B/L sent by fax, the balance of 60% should be affected.

IV .Quality Guarantee Terms:
Quality guarantee term is for one year. Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.
