Product Description:
This grading line is suitable for dates sorting, grading and the level of the sorting can be adjusted at will according to the customer's demand. The grading machine can be applied to circular or elliptic, and elongated kinds of fruit, such as dates, small tomato, strawberry, apple, walnut, litchi, and other fruit grading sorting.
The main body uses stainless steel material, safe and healthy. Using mechanism flange CNC punching machine tool technology, grading pitch has consistent standards. Inside sleek, not damage material.
Using hoist dates materials will be sent to the roller, through the rotation of the drum, the built-in screw conveyers to move forward, date through appropriate aperture into material in the tub, is exhausted from feed mouth.
Working Principle:
The working principle of rotary fruit sorter is very simple, through the roller rotation under the rotation of the motor drive. In different regions of the roller, hole size is different. Need to be graded materials through conveyor evenly into the drum, and then flip through the roller body. Materials move slowly from inside to outside under the action of spiral. At this point, material with different diameter drop from different size hole to the hopper. Materials are graded based on sizes, so as to achieve the goal of fruit and vegetable classification.
