Description of Peanut Butter Production Line:
1,Roasting:
Batch roaster’s working temperature is 200-210 ºC, 20-30minutes.use batch roaster will bake some delicious smells.
2,Cooling:
Peanut will be send cooling belt to cool.
3,Peeling:
put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin,
the double rollers will frication the red skin, the simple cyclone system will suck
the red skins, most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor,
the over-roasted and un-blanched peanut kernel is picked up by manual or mechanical.
4,Primary grinding
Using steel grinder to make the first grinding;
5,Second grinding
Using colloid grinder to make the second grinding, the fineness of grinding is
controlled below 7um, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.
6,Mixing:
make the butter more homogeneous
7,Cooling:
the butter through second grinding should be cooled immediately.
The temperature should go down 45C.
8,Degasser :
Take out the air from peanut butter.
9,Storage tank:
settling down in the storage tank till the temperature drop to air
temperature.
10,Packing:
by the filling machine, the finished peanut butter is packed into 200g/500g/1000g bottle.
Packing of Machine
1. Wooden Packing as Export Standard for big and middle size machines.
2. Carton Packing for small machines and samples.
Shipping of Machine
1. By sea, we often use ocean transportation. It needs customers confirm destination sea port.
2. By air, we can ship machines by air if customers demand or machines small. It needs customers supply shipping airport.
3. By express, for small machines, sample or documents, we use express, like DHL, it needs customers supply postal address and code.
1 How to Order
1) Customer send us an inquiry.
2) Confirm machine type, order quantity, price, lead time, payment term etc.
3) Our sales send the Proforma Invoice with company seal.
4) Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5) Inform the clients that we have got the payment,and will arrange the production according to your request, inform the estimated time
6) Ready products photos will be sent to customers for approval.
7) Clients make payment for balance and Ship the goods .
8) Order is finished when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .
9) Feedback to us about Quality, Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.
2 About after-sales service
Usually machine guarantee time is about one year, lifelong maintenance. Within guarantee time, machine breaking caused by machine itself design defect, we are responsible for it, we can provide free charge breaking part, If machine breaking caused by humane factor, user need take responsibility for it, we also provide technical support.
