Descriptions of Rebar cold extrusion press machine:
Cold extrusion bar splicing is a new form of mechanical connection, the basic principle is: Insert two un-connected bars into a special connecting sleeve, then use hydraulic tool press sleeve in radial direction, make sleeve occur plastic deformation, thus make sleeve’s inner wall embed the grooves of rebar’s cross rib, finally implement the connection of two bars. Axial force that the rebar bears is mainly through rebar’s rib and the shear force between sleeve after deformation to pass.
Detailed introduction of cold extrusion machine:
The steel cold extruder is to insert two reinforcing steel bars that need to be inserted into the special reinforced bar to connect the sleeve, and squeeze the steel sleeve through the cold extrusion equipment, so that it can be tightly combined with the reinforcing steel bar and connect the two steel bars into one.
Pre - use preparation of Rebar cold extrusion press machine:
1: according to the diameter, material and the cold extrusion sleeve of the ribbed bar, the cold extrusion pressure and the number of crimping bars must be determined through calculation and experiment.
2: must carry out the pre job training of the operator. After the examination is qualified, it must be sent to the post, and the person without the operating certificate is not allowed to go to the post.
3: selects suitable cold extrusion construction equipment for steel bars, and it should also check the normal operation of the equipment.
4:Before the rebar cold extruding sleeve is transported into the construction site, 5% should be selected from the cold extruded sleeve of the steel bar for inspection and acceptance, and the unqualified people are not allowed to enter the field.
