As one of unique mobile concrete batching plant, YHZS75 mobile concrete batching plant set batching station metering bucket, belt conveyor and hoist belt machine in one, the other by batching station, connecting frame, liquid material system, pneumatic system, electronic control system, mixing system, control room, walking mechanism, powder screw conveyor and powder tank system. According to the needs of users, the number of powder cans and the size of the optional, each powder tank needs to be equipped with a 273 screw conveyor.
The main structure adopts modular structure, according to the container packing standard design, all the modules are concentrated on a trailer unit, saving space and cost, installation, disassembly is convenient, the transition is quick, all the structural parts are manufactured in factory, the tooling is guaranteed, the processing precision is high. Batching Station leg, platform for Channel steel, control room is the leg of the stirring system, and can rotate, transfer the site without dismantling the cable, the overall structure of rigid, large operating space, convenient equipment maintenance, fully embodies the modern concrete mixing station style.
The metering system adopts the whole electronic weighing metering, the sensor uses the well-known Toledo product, the automatic compensation, the automatic 0-bit tracking, the automatic peeling, all material has each coarse measurement and the impulse compensation function, the measurement is accurate and reliable.
The key parts adopt redundant design, material use and processing technology all make special request. The main supporting parts are imported or domestic famous brand products, fully guarantee the reliability of the equipment.
The use of YHZS75 mobile concrete mixing station can greatly shorten the installation time. Except for equipment such as screw conveyor, powder tank, all wiring of mixing station need not be removed, just 30 tons of crane, one day can be removed. When installing, the main part can not need the foundation, just flat solid cement ground.
