Summary of Experiences
A high challenge project that needs flexible design, high-accuracy spare parts and rigorous management, so as to realize one-time success of remote control.
We finished the measurement and project scheduling in 3 days, designed all details in half month and prepared more than 3000 parts in 1 month.
We only used 1 week for on-site installation instruction and make successful ignition at the first time.
We have gained rich experiences in construction design and management, and at the same time we built a better supply chain.
