HOW WE PRODUCE OUR brush:
1,Injection: Plastic parts of the brush is made by the injection machine.
2,Handle Production: Normally speaking, the handle which we used for our brush is aluminium. This is for the sake of the convenience for using.
3,Brush Head Production: The rubber and sponge accessories are assembled into the brush head by machine.
4,Assembling : Small parts is assembled by hands, like connections. But some parts need to be assembled by machine, like the handle ending cover.
5,Inspection & Packing: The finished products will be carefully Inspected, the inspection standard we follow is AQL 4.0. Our duster products will be packed only after inspection.
Please pay attention that during the production, we DON’T USE any kind of paint. Our duster products is ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY
