YCH Rapid Impact Compactor
This hammer is the new foundation construction machine for impacting soft foundation on its special hydraulic hammer technology. It can be fixed fast on loader, excavator and crawler lift and with fine flexible, controllable and high efficiency and is a special and high speed impacting machine.
It adopts numerical control, fully hydraulic driving, and impacting energy can be adjustable. It can be for plane, obliquity, steps, channel impacting, and its depth can be up to 3-10m.
Features:
1)Program control:
It can be single impacting and PLC impacting, energy presetting for single impacting and impacting energy and steps presetting;
It can automatic record the PLC impacting energy, times and single impacting energy, total running time and times. And it is easy for energy control and data collecting;
It can automatic monitor the impacting system.
2)Simple and reliable:
It can use the loader and excavator hydraulic power, no needing other power, and connecting is simple, fast and reliable.
Its driving and control system is high integrated, with simple structure and easy maintenance.
3)Easy and safety:
It can be fixed directly on loader, excavator and crawler lift, with good flexible, controllable and high efficiency, easy to use.
Its foot touch the foundation always and can avoid the potential danger and chip flying during dropping.
