Instruction of Heat Press Machine HPM-9, HPM-10, HPM11
Question 1:
The machine doesn’t work after powering on.
Answer:
Step 1, make sure the power in connected properly;
Step 2, replace the fuse.
Question 2:
The heating plate stops working while the control panel works normally after powering on.
Answer:
Step 1,open the rear cabinet to check the wire connections;
Step 2,open the rear cabinet and replace the solid-state rely.
Question 3:
The handle cant’s be released automatically after pressing the Emergency Button during working process.
Answer:
Increase the pressure of the heating plate.
Question 4:
The temperature displayed on the screen keeps rising after reaching the setting value.
Answer:
Open the rear cabinet and replace the solid-state relay.
Question 5:
The temperature dispalyed on the screen remains the same value and stops rising.
Answer:
Step 1,this is a normal situation and the machine can be operated as usual;
Step 2,open the rear cabinet and replace the solid-state relay,if the problem still exists,replace the temperature controller.
Question 6:
The countdown timer does not work after pressing the down handle under working mode.
Answer:
Adjust the position of the micro-switch.User should hear the “click”sound after pressing down the handle.
Question 7:
When the machine stops working,the timer counts down to zero and makes a beeping sound,but the handle can not be released automatically.
Answer:
Increase the pressure of the heating plate by dockwise rotating the Pressure Adjust Knob.
Question 8:
The handle released automatically after pressing it down during working process.

Step 1,anti-clockwise rotate the Pressure Adjust Knob to decrease the pressure;
Step 2,Adjust the position of the micro-switch. User should hear the “click” sound after pressing down the handle.
