HITACHI compressor air oil separator 50533020
1.Filtering precision:0. 1 Micron .
2.Oil contained in compressed is below 3ppM.
3.Filtration efficiency:99.99%.
4.Service life is approximately 4000h.
5.Initial pressure differential less than 0.02Mpa.
6.Filter element of air oil separator is made by the thin fiberglass,which imported from Germany HV company.
7. Structure: The outer is metal nets, inside is high densite fiber glass and gas separation material, most inside is the metal nets, flange connection with sealing ring.
Packing Detail:
1. Small carton boxes for each separator, then big thick carton boxes for several separators.
2. Neutral packing or as customer require
The consequences for air oil separator filter extended use:
1. Separation efficiency is poor, resulting in increased fuel consumption, increased operating costs, lack of oil serious may even lead to host failure;
2. Compressed air outlet oil content increases, affecting the back-end purification equipment, resulting in gas equipment can not work;
3. After the blockage increases, leading to the actual unit discharge pressure increases, increasing energy consumption;
4. Oil gas separation filter run time is too long , the glass fiber material may falling into the oil, resulting in shortened life of the oil filter.
