The production line outline:
This design is an annual output of 30000 tons of construction plaster powder production line, is a high degree of automation, equipped with less staff, the craft is mature, the powder stable quality, environmental protection and efficient production line, after many years research to create a plaster powder production mode, domestic initiative.
1.1 work system:
Broken parts: 300 days times 16 hours
Grinding parts: 300 days x 24 hours
Burning parts: 300 days x 24 hours
Store conveying parts: 300 days x 24 hours
1.2 the time: 3-5 T/h (product).
1.3 raw materials: natural gypsum (massive, the diameter is not more than 300 mm, etc.).

The Crusher System: 2 person/ day (including the forklift driver

The Calcine System: 1 person/ eight hours (that is 3 people/ day)

Technical data :
2.1 will be 300 mm size crusher gypsum mineral break into less than 25 mm of small particles, after hoist up to storage silo, through the electromagnetic vibration feeder measurement conveying into grinding machine for grinding, after classifier choose powder will qualified gypsum after corn flour into vertical continuous to fry pan calcination, after calcining qualified gesso the homogenization temperature into clinker storage to save, packaging.
Five, product related parameters
5.1, fine degrees: 80-120 mesh frequency adjustable.
5.2, standard thick: 75%-85% can be adjusted.
5.3, the flexural strength (and raw materials are directly related to the) : 1.8 Mpa frequency above;
Compressive strength: 4.0 Mpa frequency.
5.4, main phase content:
Half the water gesso content: quartile 80%;
Two water gesso content:
