Brief introduction of peanut oil press machine
Screw oil press be used for making peanut oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, palm , coconut oil, cottonseed oil and camellia-seed oil. ect all kinds of vegetable seed
And it's suitable for commercial use and small workshop oil making as well as home use.
To make sure better oil ratio, it is strongly recommended to do hot cooking( use automatic drum roasting machine) before pressing oil.
Structure of peanut oil extractor machine
This series of unit are mainly composed of automatic control, heating and pressing, adjusting, driving and vacuum oil filtering parts.
1. The automatic control part consists of air break switch, AC contactor, temperature controller and circuit automatic protection device.
2. The heating and pressing part consists of heater, squeezing bolt, squeezing bolt and assembly of complete machine.
3. The driving part consists of principal axis, reduction gear box, belt pulley and motor wheel;
4. The adjusting part consist of stretching screws, adjusting nuts, hand grip and locknuts
5 The vacuum oil filtering part consists of vacuum pump and pipelines of oil filtering drum
Widely use: it can press many kinds of oil seeds, such as Rape seed, tea seed, soybean, peanut, Chinese prickly ash seed, sunflower seed, cottonseed, Chinese tallow tree seed, tung oil tree seed and corn, sesame etc.
Screw oil press is a popular type of oil press machine, mainly composed of feeder, gearbox, pressing chamber and oil receiver. Some screw oil press machines are equipped with electric motors as required. Pressing chamber is the key part which contains a pressing cage and a screw shaft rotating in the cage. An electric cabinet is also necessary to control the whole working procedure.
