Usage
The sucker rod centralizer is the eccentic wear prevention downhole tool in the pumping well , which developed by our company. The sucker rod centralizer is suitable for eccentric wear pumping well, especially used for eccentric wear pumping well and directional deviated well that above the neutral point of sucker rod. Under the neutral point of sucker rods, it cooperates with nylon centralizer, and has better eccentric wear prevention effect.

Structure and principle
The sucker rod centralizer is composed of the coupling, centralized casing and short circult. The sucker rod centralizer connect with sucker rod , the centralizer casing OD is larger than the sucker rod coupling OD so that can be centralized. Centralizer casing is high strength wear resistant material, which contact with the tubing and make the centralize body abrasion, so that can reduce the tubing abrasion to realize the eccentric wear prevention purpose.

The sucker rod centralizer has the features of simple structure, convenient operation, long service life and relative low cost.
Notice items:
a. The sucker rod centralizer is stricty forbade clashing and raining during the transportation and load-unload process;
b. When using, should put back-up wrench on the sucker rod square body and put pipe wrench on the sucker rod flat body of the lower part, then tighten them; meanwhile put back-up wrench on the centralzier coupling and put pipe wrench on the sucker rod square body, then tighten them; so that can ensure the centralizer not become deformed;
c. Must be install the sucker rod director;
d. The old tubing male buckle must be proceed 45chamfering in the old well;
e. Must be keep steady when put it down.
