Product Description
When through the rotary dryer, the granules are so hot, fertilizer cooling machine is for cooling the fertilizer granule, it can directly cool the granules of compound fertilizers quickly from 65-85 degree to close room temperature, to facilitate the timely package, prevent from caking in storage process.
It is equipped with welded steel spiral scraping wings in front of the tube, lifting board at the end of the rotary body, and auxiliary piping system in the feed end of the cooling machine. The belt and pulley are driven by the main motor and through the reducer the drive shaft is put in motion.
Rotary cooler is used for cooling fertilizer with certain temperature and particle size in fertilizer industry. We also offer Rotary Drum Dryer, Rotary Drum Coating Machine,etc.

3. Short Drying Time. Usually, the drying period of the fertilizer only has 10-300 seconds. It is very suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
4. High drying rate. Because the resit film inside the drum is very thin and the direction of heating conduction is concordant, the surface of the film can keep intense evaporation of 20-70 kg·H2o/m²·h.
5. Fully automatic control, strong overloading capacity resistance.
