ASTM B117 Laboratory Nozzle Salt Spray Corrosion Test Chamber is used to test the anti-erosion quality of the surface of all materials after the rust-proof of painting, coating, electroplating, anoding and rust-proof of greasing.anti corrosion treatment for a variety of materials, corrosion resistance of their products.
Specifications:
1.The Laboratory Nozzle Salt Spray Corrosion Test Chamber is made of transparent materials so that the operator can see the tested sample in it and the spraying situation of the tested sample.
2. A waterproof structure is adopted between the chamber cover and chamber body, thus there is no salt spray overflow.
3.Adopts the tower spraying system and equipped with the salt solution filter system and non-crystal nozzle so as to realize even salt spray distribution and freely adjustable settlement.
4.Control System High precision P.I.D. temperature control meter with its error ±0.1°C.

Manuals: PDF files of manuals for current models are available free. Please contact us to request a copy. Older and printed copies at additional charge.
Service repair: We prefer you contact us direct at the factory with any problems you may be experiencing. We help diagnose the problem, arrange for any needed parts, and schedule a technician to do the repairs. Rarely can a local contractor get all that done for you as quickly as we can. We also guarantee the work
1. Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn’t work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2. What’s the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized
machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
