6) Ship PP samples to customers before bulk order finsihed, after pp samples confirmation, invoice the balance, after payment got, arrange shipment.

First Sample appraisal:	Checking quality from the fabric,workmanship, stitches, pattern size and so on.
Factory appraisal:	Bad quality factory can't make good quality order because they are used to make bad quality and don't know what should be good and how to make it will be good.Just check samples and production the factory are making to tell what quality they are used to.Never believe you can get higher quality by higher price.
PP samples confirmation:	PP samples was get from the bulk orders, so once the PP samples not ok, then all bulk order you can choose to no pay.
