How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?A: We usually ship by liner ship, In the purchase of product within 5 working days, We will finish the production and deliver the cargoes to Sea Port as soon as possible. The exact time of receiving is related to the state and position of customers. Commonly 7 to 10 working days all products can be deliver to the China Port
Q6. What's your payment tems?A: We accept TT in advance and LC at sight payment. Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on Package?A: Yes. We accept OEM. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on your own design. The Printing Plate Charge of Each color is USD$250.

Double layer: 30years
Single Layer: 20years
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new products with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will make a discount on it or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
