BHM offer engineering, custom tooling and plastic parts injection molding in security markets, for example, security sensors, control panels, power supply units, switches covers and lighting systems.
We also can custom mould for electronic plastic components and injection molding the products for our customers.
BHM services:
1.We provide mould, OEM is available "according to the customers' drawings (material can be done according to customer's requirement).
2.We improve the finished product, customers can also according to the mold production of finished products.
3.We provide one-stop service, from design, production, service, etc.

The mold tooling's brief work procedures:
1. We can do based on your 2D/3D drawings or original samples
2. The molds drawings can be sent to you with 2-3 days.
3. We start molds tooling.
4. Normally 35 days later, we do mold test, check samples and improve molds
5. T1 mold test samples will be sent to customer
6. Customer confirm samples, if prepare molds shipment or do mass production of plastic parts
Finishing / Packing
If required, we can take care of any finishing / packing that your job reqiures. We are regularly supplied packaging for injection moulded products which we assemble, pack and palletise at the time of production. This can be massively cost effective with mouldings being packed and palletised with in the machine cycle ready to go out of the door to your customers.
