Plastic Vertical Drain
Integral Plastic Vertical Drain is a new material after innovation and improvement on the basis of traditional, made by extrusion molding process with regular shape. The filtration membrane wrapping the core board adopts one-step forming using special hot melt adhesive equipment. The section is to form a harmonica shape; it owns excellent rigidity and endures great side pressure. Every waterspout to be a single one and any of other waterspout won’t be influenced by any local damage, so we can insert this kind of drain to deeper layer. It is no peculiar smell, no need glue, and it harmless to worker’s health and protect environment.
Features for Plastic vertical drain:
1. The filtration performance is good, smooth drainage, drainage effect is guaranteed.
2. Materials have good strength and ductility, can be suitable foundation deformation capacity without affecting drainage performance.
3. The section size of drain is small, so disturbance is small too to the foundation when in operation.
4. Fast construction and working time is short. Each drilling machine can finish over 15,000 meters, which greatly save cost and shorten the construction period.
5. Flexible construction and low requirement to construction environment, applicable to variety of soft soil foundation and super soft soil foundation reinforcement treatment.

1. Appearance of packing: pie form, middle rolled as a round; 200m/piece; diameter 0.8-1.3m; thickness in 0.1m.
