PFA plastic is a copolymer of less perfluoro perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. The melt adhesion increases and the viscosity of the solution decreases, while the performance does not change compared with that of ptfe. This kind of resin ca be directly processed into products by ordinary thermoplastic forming method.
Specific gravity: 2.13-2.167 g/cubic centimeter
Moulding shrinkage: 3.1-7.7%
Moulding temperature: 350-400 DEG C drying conditions
Suitable for making corrosion-resistant parts, antifriction wear parts, seals, insulation and medical equipment parts, high temperature wire, cable insulation, corrosion protection equipment, sealing materials, valve bushing, and chemical containers.
