ETFE Granule is a tough material, various mechanical properties to achieve better balance-strong resistance to tearing, high tensile strength, medium hardness, excellent impact resistance, stretch a long life.
ETFE is a good dielectric material, high dielectric stretch, dielectric constant of 2.6, high resistivity, low dissipation factor of only 0.003. Its low dielectric constant, in the case of frequency and temperature change substantially constant.
ETFE is more practical wide temperature range, a constant temperature is usually set at -65~C to+150~C, when the ultra low-temperature is still hard extraorindary, its brittle transition temperature as low as -100~C. In additon, ETFE through several rigorous tests of fire resistant, such as IEEE383, and access to UL94 V-0 rating. Most of the physical properties of chemical substances is small, ordinary gas permeability and water vapor is low.
ETFE is the most of robust fluorine plastic, keeping it in a PTFE excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulating properties at the same time, resistance to radiation and mechanical properties have significantly improved tensile strength up to 50MPa, close to the poly 2 times of tetrafluoroethylene.
Primilary as a covering material for agricultural greenhouse, canopy film material of various shaped buildings, such as the stadium bleachers, contruction cone top, casino, revolving restaurant canopy cover, canopy cover entertainment halls, car parks, galleries and museums.
