RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Returns to our company must be postmarked no later than 15 days after the order is received.

2.Original invoice must accompany returned item(s) in order for refund to be processed.

3.Online exchanges are available at this time.

4.Online refunds will be made to the account used in the original transaction.

5.If a Discount Gift Card is used and the items returned, the funds will be placed back to the original card.

6.Returned items must deemed to be unworn. Tags must be attached.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

1.Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, returns are not accepted on: panties, bodysuits, swimsuit and any lingerie set that includes a panty. If these items are returned, they will be returned at the sender's expense.

2.All bras, pasties, corset, swimsuit, gift cards and YouLan gift cards are FINAL SALE.
