1.If I do not have vectored artwork,will you still accept my order?

    We can vector your art at a small fee.

2.Can I see a sample of a promotional item before I purchase it?

  We can make pre-production samples at a sampling fee.

3.Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

  No, not after production has begun.

4.Can you match to a PMS color?

 We offer our own spot colors and advise you choose from this range. If you supply a PMS color we can provide you with our closest color match

5.Can we use sublimation print on any type of products?

No, sublimation is normally applied on to 100% polyester fabric

6.What sort of fabrics do you use on your clothing?

 We only offer apparel made from quality fabrics. micro mesh,woven,fleece etc 

7.How many colors can I have on my garment?

 The amount of colors on a sublimated garment is unlimited, provided they are from our s  pot colors

8.Will I receive discount for larger quantities?

 Yes. Send a quote request to one of our sales staff and we can give you the best possible price depending on how many garments you order.
