8 Series water based pigment dispersion (resin free)
CAISON brand 8 series water based pigment dispersion is suitable for screen printing and tinting of non-apparel fabrics of cotton, linen, polyester, acrylic and various blended fabrics (Please check and use our CTH series eco-friendly pigment paste products if directly contacting with skin textile products needed). Also these liquid water based pigment dispersion can be used for tinting of other water based system materials, such as wood, paper, building coatings, cement, industrial detergents and so on. 8 series generic water based pigment dispersion is developed for the applications of non-apparel fabrics, including 36 colors in total, and complete chromatogram, covering almost the whole colors space (please check the 8 series color swatch). We can design and prepare the special colors according to the customer’s demand.
8 series water based pigment dispersion characteristics:
1). Super concentrated pigment dispersion with high pigment content: strong coloring power, better color showing and economical, is suitable for a variety of water-based paints coloring (including interior and exterior latex paints).
2). Excellent application performance, can be used for coloring a variety of water based systems with higher requirement (high weather resistance, high light fastness, high covering power), such as architectural coatings, industrial coatings, furniture paints and other specialty coatings.
3). This series water based pigment dispersion is no-resin system pigment paste, can avoid non-compatibility problems happened between resin and resin. It has versatility of water-based systems, can be used for coloring a variety of water based paints, such as water-based decorative paints, latex paints and other coatings with aqueous alkyd、acrylic、polyurethane、 alkyd - acrylic、 epoxy、amino - alkyd、polyester resin and modified resins.
4). Good light fastness and weather resistance, to ensure the best performance of interior paints and etc.
5). Fine and uniform fineness, higher coloring power and complete chromatography.
